Lantz Construction is a small, owner-run shop building new single-family homes across Essex County — one project at a time, with the owner on site.
The shop
A builder, not a franchise.
Lantz Construction has built single-family homes out of Beverly since 2011. It's a small outfit on purpose: the person who gives you the estimate is the person framing your house.
That means one point of contact from the first site walk to the final walkthrough, honest schedules, and work you can inspect at any stage. We take on a handful of homes a year so each one gets built the way it should be.

We walk the site, review your drawings, and put a fixed written estimate in your hands.

We pull every permit, then excavate and pour the foundation the house sits on.

Frame & finish
Framing, systems, and finish carpentry — with the owner on site through all of it.

Walkthrough & warranty
A final walkthrough, a punch list we actually finish, and a warranty behind it.
